Living Room Design with Industrial Modern Aesthetic and Sculptural Elements

Year : 2024

Interior Design / Residential Living Room

Inspired by : Industrial modern aesthetics blended with subtle Baroque influences

A spacious, industrial modern living room featuring ultra-high ceilings, oval-shaped concrete columns, a sculptural fireplace, and a mix of contemporary seating and abstract art. The design combines sleek minimalism with subtle Baroque elements, creating a luxurious yet functional living space.

The design emphasizes an expansive, open environment with ultra-high ceilings and elegantly curved concrete columns that integrate fluidly into the walls. A central industrial fireplace made from blackened steel and dark stone with an asymmetrical sculptural mantlepiece anchors the space. Seating combines sharp, structured chairs in neutral linens with deep charcoal modular sofas to balance sophistication and comfort. Oversized abstract artworks in muted tones enhance the aesthetic. Floor-to-ceiling windows with sheer black curtains allow natural light to fill the space, while dark wood parquet flooring contrasts with plush grey and beige rugs. Baroque-inspired furniture details, such as curved metallic table legs and sculpted bronze side tables, introduce classical refinement into the modern-industrial framework. Soft ambient lighting complements the overall mood.
